Mudassar Ali

Mudassar Ali has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in different roles and companies. Mudassar started their career in 2013 as an HR Executive at Bilytica, where they were responsible for technical recruitment and worked closely with top management on employee recruitment and selection strategies. Mudassar then joined Qarshi Industries Pvt Ltd as an Executive HRM in 2015, before moving on to Modemetric in 2016 as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. In 2018, they joined SlashNext as a Sr. HRBP/Manager Human Resources. Throughout their career, Mudassar has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR responsibilities and has contributed to the development and implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes.

Mudassar Ali pursued their education starting in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Punjab College of Commerce. Mudassar then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore from 2011 to 2013. Mudassar further expanded their knowledge in the field by completing an Mphil / MS in Human Resource Management at the same institute from 2017 to 2019.
