Ludger Ahlers

Ludger Ahlers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. As the Gründer und Prokurist at slashwhy since May 2020, Ahlers focuses on entrepreneurial ventures. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at SALT AND PEPPER Gruppe from August 2008 to May 2020, where Ahlers held various leadership roles, including Division Manager and Niederlassungsleiter, and was instrumental in the establishment of SALT AND PEPPER Software GmbH as well as the expansion of the Osnabrück location. Ahlers also served as a Forschungs- und Entwicklungsingenieur at CEDS Duradrive GmbH from August 2007 to July 2008, specializing in mechanical development within the fields of drive technology and wind energy. Ahlers holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Mechanical Engineering from Private Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik, completed between 2003 and 2007.
