Bernard A Marchingo has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, having held various positions in the industry. In 2022, they founded and became the Group Managing Director of Disruptive ICR Reality Group Pty Limited, a new disruptive commercial real estate agency. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Founder and Group Managing Director of Disruptive Ai Group Pty Limited, a professional ICT consultancy specializing in implementing disruptive AI technologies. In 2021, they were the Country Strategic Sales & Partnerships Manager for Score Digital and Buzz. In 2022, they were the Commercial Partnerships and Business Growth Manager for Slasify, Head of Commercial Partnerships & Business Growth for Clyde Industrial, Head of Business Development for Proto Inc (formerly PORTL Inc), Head of Commercial Partnerships and Business Growth for Red Team Partners, and Head of Commercial Partnerships and Business Growth for Granite Rose Estate Wines. Bernard A Marchingo has a diverse educational background. Bernard completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from La Trobe University from 1982-1986. Bernard then obtained a Graduate Diploma in Management Systems from Swinburne University of Technology from 1989-1991. In 1998, they earned a Masters of Business Administration from RMIT University. Bernard also holds a Higher School Certificate from Marist Brothers College, Bendigo (now Catholic College, Bendigo) which they obtained from 1976-1981. In addition, they have obtained a Diploma of Project Management from the University of New England (AU) from 2002-2003.
