Mithila Wegapitiya

Mithila Wegapitiya is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Director at LAUGFS Holdings Limited, overseeing HR and brand functions for 19 legal entities. Mithila also contributes as a member of the WLPGA Youth Council, focusing on representing young industry leaders, and acts as Chief Marketing Officer for POTENZA ANZ, driving operational performance through technology solutions. In addition, Mithila holds an independent board member position at Sri Lanka CERT|CC, advising on cyber security practices, and serves as Chief Operating Officer for POTENZA in both Singapore and Sri Lanka, emphasizing business transformation through technology consulting. An executive committee member at SLASSCOM, Mithila leads efforts in intelligent automation. Prior roles at Virtusa, Ve Global, Warner Bros Games, and Deutsche Bank provided a solid foundation in business consulting, digital marketing, and investment analysis. Mithila holds a BSc in Business and Management from Aston University.
