Joseph Pleckaitis

Joseph Pleckaitis, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Slate Grocery REIT since January 2017. Prior roles include Director and Senior Financial Analyst at Slate Asset Management. Joseph began professional training at Deloitte Canada as a Staff Accountant in the Audit division from September 2015 to January 2017. Joseph's earlier career includes a background as a Student Athlete at Canadian Interuniversity Sport, a Summer Intern in Finance at Minto Group Inc., and as a player in the Ontario Hockey League for the Canadian Hockey League. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from Carleton University, completed in 2015.
