Most real estate investors and developers start projects with big dreams.

But somewhere between getting a permit and getting a CO, things can (and often do) go sideways. Deadlines become a not-so-funny joke, and profit margins start to disappear.

During our 30+ years in construction and real estate, we’ve seen it all. That’s why we built Slate Building Group around one simple truth: time is money.

The faster you build (and build well), the faster you can move people in – and put your capital back to work.

That’s where we can help.

With a track record of over 7,000 completed homes and communities, we’ve refined a construction process that delivers consistent, quality builds – every single time.

Our dedicated team and efficient, proven system allow us to make a wild promise: We’ll complete each build in your community in 110 days or less. No shortcuts. No chaos. Just head-turning results that will make you want to hire us again.

If you need a builder for your project, we offer these services:

1. Build with Our Home Plans
