Worldwide everyone has their own unique style of managing information related to their assets. And for the most part, that information is tracked via excel and a pen and paper. Obviously once the business grows, the stacks of paper start to grow, the excel files are stored deep in a folder online, and it becomes harder to access information when you need it. Other systems either aren’t designed to track the information you need or are extremely expensive. So we wanted to develop an alternative solution that can both fit the needs of your business and be affordable. Slates give users the ability to link information directly to their assets using a slate and the slate Pages app. A Slate is a small aluminum tag or stick with a printed QR code on it and the app is used to scan that QR code and populate it with information. That information is then copied to an online dashboard where you can view and manage all of your assets at real time.
