Mohnish M. has a diverse range of work experience. Mohnish started their career at Space Matrix Design Consultants as a Summer Intern, where they worked on dashboards and gained experience with SQL and spreadsheets. In 2018, they joined MountBlue Technologies for a software engineering bootcamp, where they received training in various technologies such as Python, Django, Docker, and AWS. Mohnish was subsequently deployed at ClearTax India as a Software Engineer, where they worked on GST software and was involved in data pulls, workflows, API integration, and admin tasks. In 2020, Mohnish joined Zealstr Technologies Private Limited as a Senior Software Engineer. Mohnish worked as a consultant for Slate.ai in the Base Services Team, focusing on different types of forms. Additionally, they worked on the backend using Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL. In 2022, Mohnish joined Slate Technologies Inc. as a Software Engineer.

Mohnish M. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy. Mohnish then obtained a High School Diploma from FIITJEE, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mohnish later attended Niraj Public School for their Secondary School education.

In terms of higher education, Mohnish M. pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science at Amity University from 2020 to 2022.
