Ernie Romo

Ernie Romo is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Since August 2014, Ernie has held various roles at Slater's 50/50, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and Regional Operations Manager. Prior to this, Ernie served as General Manager at King's Seafood Company from October 2006 to July 2014. Ernie's educational credentials include studies at ArtCenter College of Design from 2000 to 2002 and California State University, Long Beach.
