David O’Brien

David O’Brien joined Terrix in 1982. David originates loans in the Front Range of Colorado and throughout the United States.

David’s background includes both appraisal experience and feasibility analysis. He co-manages the firm with his long-time business partner John Richert.

David holds degrees from University of Michigan and School of Business and a Graduate Degree from University of Colorado School of Business.
