Kenneth M. Fox

Ken brings over 36 years of commercial real estate finance experience with a very successful track record of creating value for his clients. Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Ken served as Managing Director at Cohen Financial. Ken is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of mortgage capital throughout Northern California and around the Nation. He specializes as both a mortgage banker representing insurance company lenders, as well as mortgage broker working with banks, agency and Wall Street lenders and is very effective at matching the appropriate capital with specific Borrower needs.
