Richard Davidson

Mr. Davidson has been responsible for the placement of over $1.8 billion in debt and equity real estate financing during his career. With his background in engineering, accounting and finance, Mr. Davidson has structured, analyzed and closed many complicated construction and permanent financings. These properties include apartments, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality and are located nationwide.

Before joining Slatt Capital, Mr. Davidson was the President and founder of his commercial real estate finance company, REDCO Finance. He previously worked with the mortgage brokerage firms of Sonnenblick Goldman Corporation and Investment Mortgage International. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker as well as a CPA. Mr. Davidson began his career in accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.
