Todd Mckenna

Todd McKenna has over 20 years of experience in the commercial mortgage banking and financial services industries. Todd is currently a Commercial Mortgage Banker at Slatt Capital, where they arrange debt financing for owners of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Todd was Director, Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap from January 2020 to December 2021, where they arranged debt financing for owners of commercial real estate. From January 2017 to December 2020, Todd was a Commercial Loan Officer at Redwood Mortgage Corp., where they provided senior and subordinate debt financing for value-add investors and developers. Todd began their career in institutional sales at Oppenheimer & Co. in January 2009, where they raised equity capital for companies across many industries. In their role as Executive Director of Institutional Sales, Todd closed a $200mm 144A private placement for a bank holding company to purchase failed banks from the FDIC. Todd also served as Director of Institutional Sales at JMP Group from January 2000 to December 2009.

Todd Mckenna has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of San Francisco. Todd has also obtained certification from the California Department of Real Estate in Commercial Property Sales License and from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in FINRA Series 7, 63, & 65.
