Sarah Parkinson

Sarah Parkinson is an accomplished Recruitment Manager at Slaughter and May, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for legal and business services since July 2023. Prior to joining Slaughter and May, Sarah held significant roles at Morae as Associate Director of Talent and at FDM Group, where key contributions included establishing a global Internal Recruitment function across 13 locations and overseeing various recruitment initiatives. Experience also includes specialized recruitment for senior finance and legal positions at Hays, along with bilingual recruitment for en world group in Japan. Sarah holds a BA in Japanese from SOAS University of London and participated in a one-year exchange program at Osaka University.
