Sergey Terebkov

Founder and President at Slavic American Chamber of Commerce

Sergey Terebkov has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and sectors. In 2009, they founded and became the President of the Slavic American Chamber of Commerce, aiming to support the economic growth of Slavic-American businesses in California. Additionally, they served as a Board Member for the Placer County Office of Education starting in 2021.

Prior to this, Sergey held the position of Director of School, Parent and Governmental Relations at Gateway Community Charters from 2016 onwards. Sergey also served as an Advisory Board Member for Wells Fargo Bank from 2012 to 2013, and as a Community Advisory Board Member for UC Davis Health System from 2009 to 2012.

Before pursuing these roles, Sergey was a Board Member for the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association from 2008 to 2012. Sergey also worked as a Neighborhood Resource Coordinator for the City of Sacramento from 2007 to 2010, and as a Senior Employment Specialist for the County of Yolo from 1998 to 2007.

Sergey Terebkov has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the International University of Nature, Society and Man "Dubna".
