Steve Poole has over 18 years of work experience in various marketing and communication roles. Steve is currently serving as the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at Slavic401k. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Digital Marketing at the same company. From 2012 to 2021, Steve worked as the Digital Marketing Manager at Michigan First Credit Union, where they oversaw the digital marketing team and was responsible for the development of websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns. Before that, they served as an Online and Interactive Marketing Consultant at Plante Moran, leading social media and web content management, as well as creating sales funnels and product knowledge through strategic email and digital content campaigns. Steve also has experience as the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Detroit Regional Chamber, handling various marketing responsibilities including digital marketing, print marketing, social media, and advertising. Steve started their career as a Public Relations and Marketing Assistant at Borgess Health and as a Public Relations and Broadcasting Assistant at Kalamazoo Wings.

Steve Poole received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Promotions from Western Michigan University. Steve attended from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained certification in Google AdWords from Google in November 2016.
