Rhett Oler

Rhett Oler is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Process Manager at Slayer Espresso since July 2021, Rhett successfully managed the relocation of production and staff to a new facility, overseeing the evaluation and development of CAPEX/OPEX and the design of the facility layout. Previously, at Terex Corporation, Rhett held multiple roles including Project Lead for process integrations and prototype developments, where responsibilities included designing tools and fixtures, managing procurement, and implementing new production processes. Rhett's diverse background also includes positions in CNC machining, regional sales management, and operational leadership, demonstrating a strong foundation in manufacturing principles, process improvements, and team management.
