Brittany Kemp

Brittany Kemp is a Research Associate at Slayton Search Partners, where responsibilities include managing research for various projects, formulating search strategies, identifying target organizations, and engaging in early-stage candidate development since October 2020. Previously, Brittany served as a Research and Data Coordinator, collaborating with Executive Assistants to create accurate candidate profiles and support executive search efforts. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Hemisphere Educational Travel, providing travel consultation and negotiating contracts, as well as internships at Slayton Search Partners. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2017.
