David has over 15 years of experience in the Retained Executive Search industry. Over the past ten years with Slayton Search Partners, David has facilitated growing the firm’s reputation as a global leader in the recruitment of Supply Chain, Research & Development, and General Management executives.

His tenacity for delivering a superior recruitment experience has propelled David as a leading executive search consultant. In his current role as Senior Vice President, David continues to spearhead search assignments for publicly-traded, privately-held and founder-led companies; including Consumer Packaged Goods companies, Mass Merchandisers and Specialty Retailers, and Industrial Manufacturing and Services companies.

Prior to joining Slayton, David was an Associate with one of the world’s largest global retained executive search firms. As a member of the firm’s global industrial practice, David led search assignments across a wide array of sectors including Automotive, Heavy Equipment and Machinery, Chemical, and Building Products. David started his search career with a Chicago-based, boutique retained search firm where he served clients in the Retail, Industrial and Consumer practices.
