Kevin Strohl

Kevin Strohl joined Slayton Search Partners in 2022 as Vice President & Principal. He is focused on supporting executive-level searches within Slayton’s Financial practice but will also expand his reach into other areas of the organization as capacity demands. Kevin will be building client relationships and recruiting top professionals in the finance function.

Prior to joining Slayton, Kevin served as Director, Executive Search at Guaranteed Rate, and, previously, at Gallagher and Allstate in an internal executive search capacity. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked for the Lucas Group within its industrial practice.

Kevin graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and later received an MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
