William Morris

Bill is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Slayton Search Partners and is responsible for all facets of accounting and finance, technology, and administrative operations. Bill also is highly involved in all of the senior level finance and IT searches brought into the Firm.

Throughout his career, Bill has focused on organizations where his ability to wear many hats has been a tremendous asset. He has been part of start-ups, spin-offs, turnarounds, high-growth, and re-structurings in primarily finance positions but also straddling the line into operations. His experience includes both publicly-held as well as private organizations. Immediately prior to joining Slayton, Bill led a privately held, start-up recruiting and staffing organization specializing in the healthcare field. Bill began his Accounting and Finance career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He and his wife, Melina, live in Bartlett, Illinois, and have two teenage daughters.
