Lily Burns, AINS, currently serves as a Junior Underwriter at SLB Insurance Group since July 2023. With a diverse background in leadership and insurance, Lily has held several roles within Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, including Chapter Advancement Specialist, Chapter Consultant, Chapter President, and Vice President of Risk Management. Prior experience includes a position as a Group Fitness Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from October 2019 to July 2023 and a Small Commercial Underwriting Internship at The Hartford in the summer of 2021. Lily also worked as a Concierge at CDS Concierge and as a Sales Associate at Oshkosh B'Gosh from 2016 to 2019. Lily earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance-Risk Management and Insurance, as well as Management-Talent Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating in December 2021.
