Akshay Karpe is a Supply Chain Analyst at Compass Group USA, with experience in inventory analysis and optimization using various ERP systems. Since May 2022, Akshay has improved inventory alignment with business goals and successfully reduced stock outs and excess inventory by collaborating with Sales and Operations Planning, marketing, and production departments. Previously, as a Planning and Logistics Engineer at Metro Laser Ltd. from July 2019 to July 2021, Akshay partnered with cross-functional teams to execute production plans and estimated future demand based on historical sales data.
