Francesco Serra is a Quality Control Scientist at Alvotech since February 2021, specializing in OD280, Peptide Mapping, and HPLC. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Researcher at the University of Iceland, focusing on a thesis project related to risk assessment of a cosmetic product residue, and working as a stagista at Bracco Imaging Europe BV, where the role involved environmental sustainability reporting and performance monitoring. Francesco Serra is pursuing advanced studies in cGMP Compliance and Validation in the Pharmaceutical Industry at Università di Pavia, having previously completed degrees in Safety Assessment of Xenobiotics and Biotechnological Products, as well as Chemical-Toxicological Environmental Sciences at Università degli Studi di Milano. Early education includes a scientific high school diploma from Itas Giulio Natta.
