Anton Rublevskyi, MBA, is a Talent Acquisition Team Manager at SLB, leading a team of recruiters across Europe. With a foundational background in petroleum engineering, they progressed from a field engineer trainee to roles including Product & Service Delivery Manager, where they oversaw cementing operations and managed large teams. Anton has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and team empowerment, which has contributed to significant improvements in recruitment efficiency and candidate experience at SLB. They hold a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering and are currently completing an MBA at the University of Warwick.
