Ben Hayes

Ben Hayes is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in project management and engineering. From February 2015 to October 2018 at Schlumberger, Ben served as Senior Project Manager for the BP Rumaila D&D Project, overseeing significant technology implementation and project execution. Ben also held roles as Project Execution Centre Manager and later transitioned to SLB, where responsibilities included managing the Purification Solutions Global Portfolio and serving as Product Champion for gas technologies. Previous roles at Cameron included Head of Proposals and Director of MEG Technology, where Ben coordinated engineering and technology efforts globally. Early career experience includes project engineering at Nufarm and process engineering at Uhde Shedden. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
