Elsa Puccini

Elsa Puccini is an MBA candidate at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management and a PNP University Program Fellow at Plug and Play Tech Center, both roles started in October 2022. With extensive experience at Schlumberger since September 2015, Elsa serves as the EUR Workforce Coordination Manager, overseeing crew assignments for MWD Oil & Gas and Geothermal projects across Europe and the Middle East while also supervising the competency development of an international team. Previous positions include Integrated Fluids & Solids Control Equipment Engineer at PIBIVIESSE, Junior Project Engineer, freelance journalist for energy-related themes, and an engineering consultant for solar energy systems with LVIA Ong. Elsa holds an MBA in Corporate Sustainability Strategy from the University of St. Gallen, a Postgraduate Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, and multiple degrees in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
