Harun Zahid

Harun Zahid is an accomplished petroleum and development engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently employed at SLB since July 2025, Harun previously held positions at ChampionX and Artificial Lift Performance Ltd as a petroleum engineer. Prior roles also include significant experience at Petroleum Experts and an industrial placement in petroleum engineering. In addition to engineering roles, Harun has interned as a chemical engineer with PETROINEOS MANUFACTURING SCOTLAND LIMITED and gained production support experience at Air Products. Harun's early career involved a part-time role as a PrimeNow driver for Amazon and a research internship at the University of Strathclyde, contributing to studies on granular mixtures. Leadership skills were developed during a supervisory role at Logan Pharmaceuticals. Harun holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
