Heather D. Mitchell is a strategic segment manager with extensive experience in the onshore production business. Currently serving as Strategic Segment Manager for Global Onshore at SLB since July 2025, Heather develops and leads long-term strategies for the company's onshore production initiatives worldwide. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Global Strategic Segment Director for Onshore at ChampionX from January 2019 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading global strategy and insights for the onshore land business.
