Iben Roos is currently the HR Country Manager for Denmark at SLB, focusing on local HR initiatives and management. After returning in 2024 from a role in Kuala Lumpur as Deployment Team Lead, Iben implemented the SAP HR Platform (SuccessFactor) in Scandinavia and supported significant HR releases in the Eastern Hemisphere. Previously, Iben held various strategic HR positions at Schlumberger, managing local and international HR matters for over 200 employees, and was a board member at Schlumberger Danmark ApS. With more than 17 years of experience in HR management, finance, and operational coordination, Iben possesses extensive knowledge of payroll, Danish legislation, and international HR practices. Iben's educational background includes a business degree (Merkonom) in Business Finance, HR, Legal Law, and Management from Nørre Gymnasium.
