Marat Garaev

Marat Garaev is an oil and gas maintenance professional with over 15 years of international experience. They possess extensive expertise in Surface Well Testing operations and maintenance of both surface and downhole testing equipment. Marat has held several key positions at SLB, including their current role as Technology Delivery Manager for Angola, Central, and East Africa, where they oversee financial performance and resource optimization. Prior to this, Marat worked at Schlumberger as a Maintenance Supervisor and later as a Testing Services Maintenance Manager, leading teams across diverse regions in Russia. They earned a national diploma in Manufacturing Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
