Peter Schlicht

Peter Schlicht is a Technical Director specializing in Geology with over 30 years of experience, including more than 24 years in the oil and gas industry. They have conducted extensive research in pre-salt reservoir evaluation and have deep expertise in Sub-Saharan and West African deepwater exploration. Currently, Peter serves as a Geology Advisor and has held various positions at Schlumberger, including Principal Research Geologist and Geology Research Program Manager. Peter earned a Diploma/Masters in Geology from the University of Cologne and completed a PhD focused on magnetostratigraphy and rock magnetism at Ruprecht-Karls University Heidelberg.
