Scott Kirby

Scott Kirby is currently a Product SME at Stimline Digital AS, part of SLB since its acquisition in July 2025. They served as Vice President of Operations at Redgarden from 2020 to 2023, leading initiatives to scale the startup and enhance operational efficiency. Prior to that, Scott held roles in production engineering and drilling at PayRock Energy II, LLC and BP, respectively, where they focused on optimizing operations, managing costs, and improving performance. They also have experience as a Petroleum Engineer at Henley & Associates and in business development at PayRock Energy, contributing to strategic asset management and evaluation. Currently, they are pursuing a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
