Sergey Pershin

Sergey Pershin boasts over two decades of extensive HR experience, primarily with SLB since 2002, where current responsibilities include Head of HR for Global HQ Digital & Integration, overseeing HR functions across 30+ technology centers worldwide. Previous roles at SLB encompass HR leadership for the Well Construction Technology division, production group HR director for Russia and Central Asia, and compensation and benefits manager for Europe and North Africa. Earlier experience includes managing HR operations for multiple business units in Russia and supporting international payroll processes. Sergey began the HR career at Afisha Industries as an HR specialist after obtaining a degree from the State University of Management in Moscow.
