Shekhar Khandekar

Shekhar Khandekar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the oilfield chemicals sector, currently serving as the PCT integration technical lead at SLB since June 2021, where responsibilities include driving product consolidation and optimizing portfolios in the CHAMPION X integration team. Prior roles include NPD Team Lead at SLB, managing a team to develop sustainable inhibitors, and serving as the Flow Assurance and Scale group lead at Halliburton. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Shekhar has held pivotal roles in renowned companies such as SI Group, Schlumberger, M-I SWACO, Dyno-Enpro Oil Field Chemicals Pvt. Ltd, Thermax Limited, and the National Chemical Laboratory, focusing on research and development, product management, and technical support in flow assurance and related areas. Educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Organic Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
