Shweta Jaidwal

Shweta Jaidwal is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering design and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Electrical Engineering Design Services at SLB since August 2023, Shweta is responsible for leading a team of Electrical Engineers to deliver engineering design solutions. Previously, Shweta managed multiple Scrum teams at NSR Information Systems and held a role as Team Lead-CDMG at Schlumberger, supporting various engineering and manufacturing teams. Shweta's earlier experience includes regulatory consulting as a Compliance Specialist at NSR Information Systems and product management at Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certification in Product Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Master of Technology in Power Electronics and Drives from Vellore Institute of Technology.
