Shylesh Muralidharan

Shylesh (Shy) Muralidharan is a seasoned leader in digital sustainability and decarbonization, currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Climate Action Services at SLB since January 2024, where responsibilities include scaling Climate Action Services and developing digital solutions for carbon abatement. Prior experience includes a role at Amazon Web Services as the Worldwide Decarbonization/Sustainability Solutions Lead, where Shylesh focused on enabling organizations to transition to a "Net Zero" world through digital solutions. Additional key positions held include Head of Product Management at ENGIE Impact, where strategic oversight of Energy and Sustainability Services was provided, and Global Product Manager at Schneider Electric, focusing on energy analytics. Shylesh's academic background includes a Master's degree in Engineering Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and other postgraduate qualifications from Harvard Business School, NMIMS, and Pondicherry University.
