Steve Nijoka has extensive experience in operations planning and supply chain management within the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the US Land Operations Planning and Supply Chain Manager at SLB since July 2011. Throughout his career at SLB, Nijoka has held various management roles, including Business Development Manager and Business Process Improvement Manager, where Steve focused on inventory management workflows and business system enhancements. Steve has developed methodologies for cost management and asset optimization, led teams to improve field cementing operations, and coordinated logistics for successful cement job execution. Nijoka began his career as a Field Engineer and completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma in 2011.
