Yanwei Xue

Yanwei Xue is an accomplished geophysicist with extensive experience in seismic research and data science. Yanwei Xue completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master's degree in Geophysics at the University of Science and Technology of China and earned a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Utah. Professional experience includes internships at Chevron and TOTAL, where research focused on seismic interpolation and surface wave removal. As a Senior Geophysicist and Data Scientist at Schlumberger, Yanwei Xue proposed new workflows for model building challenges and integrated machine learning with geophysics. Currently serving as an Ultrasound Scientist at Cloudstream Medical Imaging, Inc., Yanwei Xue continues to contribute to advancements in seismic data interpretation and analysis.
