Abdeslem Ben Hamida, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in sales and business development roles within the high-tech industry. Abdeslem is currently working at KYOCERA SLD Laser as the European Sales Manager - Specialty Applications, where they are responsible for commercializing semi-polar GaN LaserLight for various applications. Prior to this, they worked at ficonTEC Service GmbH as the European Sales Manager, supporting the company's growth in Europe with a focus on Southern and Northern Europe, UK, and Ireland.

Abdeslem also founded and served as the Director of Led Innovation Consulting SA, where they provided international sales and business development consultancy services to high-tech companies and start-ups, specializing in new market penetration and product development. Abdeslem BEN HAMIDA, Ph.D completed their Ph.D in Microelectronics, Semiconductors, Photonics, and Applied Physics at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Applied Physics & Mathematics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, specializing in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics & Mathematics, from 1992 to 1994.
