Feng Lo

Feng Lo is a Senior Process Engineer at SLD Laser, overseeing Lithography and fab sustaining for the 2nd Shift since 2016. Prior to this role, Feng served as a Sr. Principal Engineer at FormFactor Inc. from June 2014 to July 2016, and as the Lithography Development Manager at Advantest America Inc. from August 2011 to June 2014, focusing on design integration, new process development, process engineering, and production support. Earlier experiences include working as a Photolithography Process Engineer at Touchdown Technologies from April 2007 to August 2011 and at Innovative Micro Technology in 2006, as well as a Senior Process Engineer at Micrel from 1997 to 2004 and a Systems Specialist at Ultratech from 1995 to 1997.
