Marlon Talabucon has a diverse work experience in the field of process engineering. Marlon started their career at Amertron Incorporated as a Process Engineer, where they led the process transfer of automated heat sink attach and qualified new equipment. Marlon then joined Amkor Technology as a Process Development Engineer II, where they were involved in projects related to copper wirebonding and qualification of new wirebond materials.
Marlon later moved to FormFactor Inc., where they held various positions including Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer, and Senior Staff Process Engineer. In these roles, they led efforts in process improvement, resolution of process issues, and implementation of corrective actions. Marlon also played a key role in new process implementation and development of in-house machinery. Marlon was responsible for process management and quality improvement, contributing to the success of projects such as solder void elimination and leakage test process improvement.
Prior to their current position at KYOCERA SLD Laser as a Senior MTS Process Engineering, Marlon worked at Kaiam Corporation as a Senior Packaging Engineer.
Throughout their career, Marlon has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to process improvement.
Marlon Talabucon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, from 1995 to 2000. Marlon also holds a Private Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration, which was obtained in January 2009.
