Previously, Michael co-founded Bidroom, the first membership hotel booking platform ensuring guaranteed best prices for members without charging commissions to hotels. Additionally, Michael held key roles at hotel.school, Travelservice, and Hotel Alliance Group, focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction. Michael began a career at T-Mobile Netherlands BV as a sales representative and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
