Karen Kwak

Karen Kwak has a well-rounded work experience in the field of animation and art. Karen began their career in 2008 as a 3D animator and PA intern at Red Giant Studios. Karen then worked as a Graphic Artist at Opcode Studios for a brief period before joining The Offering as a 3D animator for an animated short film.

In 2009, Karen joined Electronic Arts as a 3D animator and worked there until 2010. Karen then joined Sledgehammer Games, initially as a Senior Animator and later promoted to Lead Animator, starting in June 2010 and continuing to the present.

During their career, Karen also worked as an Art Teacher at Kwan Academy from 2008 to 2009. Karen has gained valuable experience and skills in various roles and has consistently progressed in their career in the animation industry.

Karen Kwak attended the Academy of Art University from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in 3D animation. Karen earned a Bachelor's degree in 3D animation during this time. Additionally, they also obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in 3D animation from the same university, completing their studies in the same time frame.
