Shelby Carleton

Shelby Carleton is a Senior Narrative Designer at Sledgehammer Games, where Shelby works on writing for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2023). Previously, Shelby co-founded Caldera Interactive and worked at Panic Mode, Project Dark Water, Pixelmatic, and Double Blit Games as a writer. Shelby also has experience working as a Communications Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Alberta. Additionally, Shelby interned at Glass Buffalo Literary Magazine and briefly worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Bioware. Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree with a major in English Language and Literature, a minor in Creative Writing, and a certificate in Game Development.
