Carles Marcos i Guàrdia is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and business development across various international markets. Currently serving as VP Global Sales and Customer Success at Sleek since August 2025, Carles previously held several key roles at Qonto from April 2019 to July 2025, including Managing Director for Spain and New Markets. Prior to that, Carles worked at GoCardless in senior business development positions, and gained consultancy experience at Nexe the Way of Change.
