Joan Ngo

As Chief Operating Officer since June 2011, Joan is responsible for developing strategy and policies as well as coordinating marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs. With a background in nonprofit management, international development, and social leadership, she was instrumental in creating an employee-centered company culture deeply dedicated to delighting customers. This UCLA alumnus is dedicated to tribal belly dancing, holistic healing, world travel and humanitarian outreach in the developing world, particularly Paraguay and China.
