Chrl Courtney Wright

Courtney Wright, CHRL has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Courtney started their career at Canadian Solar Inc. in 2013, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant Co-op, Human Resources Assistant, and later as a Human Resources Coordinator.

In 2015, Courtney joined Sleeman Breweries Ltd. as a Human Resources Coordinator. Courtney then progressed to the role of Human Resources Advisor in 2016, where they provided HR support and expertise. In 2019, they took on the role of HR Project Specialist, leading a one-year secondment opportunity to integrate a new HCMS and coordinating resources from different regions.

Most recently, Courtney has been serving as the Human Resources Manager for Ontario & Atlantic at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. since March 2020.

Courtney Wright, CHRL, holds a Certificate of Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, which they obtained in 2013. Courtney also completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Waterloo, graduating between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Courtney has earned the certification of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA - Grand Valley Chapter, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
