Meghan L.

Meghan L. has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Meghan started their career in 2006 as a Keyholder at HMV Retail Ltd and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Job Analyst II at the Region of Waterloo. Meghan then joined Sleeman Breweries Ltd in 2013 and held various roles including Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Human Resources Advisor, Total Rewards Specialist, and currently serves as the National Manager, Total Rewards.

Meghan L. completed their Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies & Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2005 and 2009. Meghan then pursued a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Meghan obtained certifications such as the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in September 2022 and the Certified Human Resources Leader from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in April 2019.
