Anne Broeng

Anne Broeng is a board member, chair, special advisor and investor with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry as executive director, CFO and CIO. They have served as a non-executive director across IT services, energy and building material sectors and have chaired audit committees for NASDAQ-listed companies, as well as participated in risk and nomination committees. Current roles include board membership and chair of the Audit Committee at Aquaporin A/S, board membership and chair of audit committees at VKR Holding A/S and Velux A/S, and board member and chair of audit and risk committees at Ramboll and Energi Danmark Group; they also serve as chair of the board at Velliv. They have guided a private company to the stock exchange (NASDAQ Copenhagen) as a board member and chair of the Audit Committee and have experience with company transactions, risk management and integrating risk management into business strategy. They earned a cand.oecon degree from Aarhus University and completed the Stanford Directors College (2017) and the CBS Board Masterclass (2015).
